Are your rugs authentic and hand-knotted?

Yes. We deal exclusively in genuine hand-knotted antique, semi-antique and vintage rugs from verified sellers, each documented with its origin. We never sell machine-made rugs.

Is every rug one of a kind?

Yes. Almost every rug we offer is a single, unique piece. When it sells, it is gone for good.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We ship insured throughout the United States, with complimentary white-glove delivery on antique rugs over $5,000. Other shipping is calculated at checkout. International delivery is available on request.

What is your return policy?

Every purchase is backed by a 30-day return policy. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and return the rug in its original condition for a refund.

Do you offer a program for interior designers?

Can I sell or consign my rugs through you?

Absolutely. Rug dealers, galleries and collectors can list their rugs on a simple 15% commission — you keep the rug and ship it only when it sells. See the Sell With Us page.
